1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Enkaysignature website, book a consultation, or place a bespoke or made-to-order request. By sending an enquiry or paying an invoice you agree to them.

2. Consultations

• Consultations can be online (we send a private meeting link) or in person by arrangement.
• Preferred dates chosen on our calendar are requests until we confirm them.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

3. Quotes, invoices and payment

• Prices shown on the website are guide ranges. Your final price is confirmed on your invoice after consultation.
• We invoice you directly. Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice — we never ask you to pay into a personal account not shown on an official invoice.
• Work begins once the deposit stated on your invoice is received. The balance is due before delivery or collection.
• Prices are in Nigerian Naira unless your invoice states otherwise.

4. Measurements and fittings

• You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you provide. We are happy to guide you or take measurements at a fitting.
• Fittings are scheduled as part of your order timeline. Missed fittings may delay delivery.

5. Timelines and delivery

• Lead times shown on looks are estimates and are confirmed when your order starts.
• Delivery costs and timing, including international shipping, are stated on your invoice. Risk passes to you when the piece is delivered or collected.

6. Designs and images

Each piece is handmade, so small variations in fabric, colour and embellishment are part of its character. Our designs, photographs and videos remain the property of Enkaysignature. We may share photographs of finished pieces unless you ask us not to.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Please read our Refund Policy.

8. Your account

Accounts require a real, verified email address. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
