Refund Policy

Made only for you

Every Enkaysignature piece is cut and sewn to your measurements. Because of this, refunds work differently from ready-made shopping.

Deposits

• If you cancel before we buy fabric or begin cutting, we refund your deposit less any design or consultation fee shown on your invoice.
• Once fabric has been bought or cutting has started, deposits cannot be refunded.

Balance payments

The balance is due before delivery. If we cannot deliver your piece as agreed, we refund what you have paid for the undelivered work.

Fit and alterations

• Tell us within 7 days of delivery if your piece does not fit your agreed measurements, and we will alter it free of charge.
• Changes to measurements, style or design after cutting may carry an extra charge, which we confirm before starting.

Faults

If your piece arrives with a fault in workmanship, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair it, remake it, or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you paid from, usually within 10 working days.

Asking for a refund

Message us from your dashboard with your invoice reference. We reply within 2 working days.
