How it works
- 1Send an enquiry from the Bespoke page (no account needed — we create one for you and verify your email).
- 2Pick a preferred consultation date on the calendar; booked days are shown as unavailable.
- 3We confirm your consultation and send a private online meeting link (or in-person details).
- 4We share design ideas, fabric options and a quote, then send an invoice directly. Payment is made by bank transfer against that invoice.
- 5Measurements, creation in the atelier, fitting, then delivery. Track every stage on your dashboard.
