Enkaysignature is a couture house based in Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, for clients abroad, comparable international standards.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number and country.
• Order details: your enquiries, measurements, style preferences, invoices and messages with us.
• Conversations with our AI stylist, together with the name and email you give it.
• Website usage: pages visited, device type and where you came from, using a random visitor code. If enabled, Google Analytics also collects usage data.

Why we use it

• To reply to enquiries, run consultations and make your pieces.
• To send invoices, receipts, meeting links and order updates.
• To verify that email addresses are real and keep accounts secure.
• To understand which pages help clients so we can improve the website.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the website (hosting, email delivery, analytics, AI assistance) and with delivery partners when shipping your order.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting. Other information is deleted when no longer needed or when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. Message us from your dashboard or ask our stylist to pass on your request.

Security

Your account and records are protected so only you and the Enkaysignature team can see them.
